3,235 occupied private dwellings were reported as single-detached houses in the 2021 Census profile (59%); 700 semi-detached houses represented another 13%.
Strathmore’s largest reported construction cohort was 1991 to 2000 with 1,275 occupied private dwellings (23%), followed by 2006 to 2010 with 965 (17%).
4,260 private households were reported as owner households (77%) and 1,255 as renter households (23%) in 2021.
